The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 48.7mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is silver and has Swiss .935 silver marks. The case has light surface marks from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s watch.

The watch glass is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch come on a silver albert chain which is hallmarked for Birmingham 1897 with the makers mark for E Whitehouse & Son. Each of the links on the chain have the lion Passant mark although worn.
The albert chain measures 33cm long including the T bar and clasp. The chain weighs 23.3g in total.
The watch & chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
