Description

A trully outstanding example of these elegant French mantel clocks in finest Sienna marble and gilt.

This clock is much brighter and nicer than our pictures unfortunately show. (we are very good at clocks and very bad at photography).

The 8 day movement has just benn fully overhauled by our BHI registered staff. It strikes the half-hours and the hours on abell with a lovely melodic tone.

There is no damage to the marble and the gilding is all in wonderful condition.

The 4" dia convex enammelled and arcadid dial has black Arabic numerals and suberbly cut gilded hands.

A classic clock.
