The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1880s.
The watch has a ¾ plate stem-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs for Chester 1886 with the Thomas Russell maker's mark. The case is in good condition with just light surface marking, nothing too detrimental at all. The silver plate has worn off the winding crown.
The watch glass and the signed dial are both in good condition. The hands are initially pin-set.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
