Walnut Table Regulator Mantel Clock (France, C. 1870)

Description

A French made walnut regulator mantel clock dating to the mid 19th Century. It has an arch top case, with a reeded moulding, chamfered corners and a black line inlay. The glazed front panel exposes the gridiron regulator pendulum which has an enamel plaque marked r & A ( retard or advance). The enamel dial is signed for Camerer Kuss & Co.London. It has an 8 day movement that strikes the hours on a bell.

Current Condition

The case is in excellent original condition, the movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. If you would like a video clip of this clock striking please email us.
