Description

A 1945 Longines pocket watch with chain.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, calibre 37.93, which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Longines name and the serial number dates it back to 1945. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover (there are some scratches to this inner cover).

The watch itself measures 47mm diameter excluding the winding crown and loop. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition. The inside of the hinged case has the EF Co / Longines logo. EF were the initials of the founder of Longines, Ernest Francillon.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has a small patch of damage by number 4 but not too noticeable to the naked eye. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch comes with a single chain, 34cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.

The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
