The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has been adapted from an Omega pocket watch, circa 1930. The signed movement is a calibre 14.6 L T1 which was produced from 1923 to 1936. This particular movement has the serial number 7,136,104 which dates it back to around 1930.
The watch measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs.
This would have been a lot of extra work and expense at the time of conversion. The case is in good condition, as is the lens with just a faint 1cm scratch.

The enamel dial, originally from a chronograph, has a few hairline cracks but they are very faint and difficult to see with the naked eye. Blued steel hands.
A later black leather strap with contrasting white stitching has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
