The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Rotary wings logo.
The watch itself measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs.
Rotary was established in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, by Moise Dreyfuss in 1895. By the 1920s family members Georges and Sylvain Dreyfuss began importing Rotary watches to Britain, which was to become the company's most successful market. This particular case is in good condition, as is the lens.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers. There is light freckling across the dial.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
