Description

A gents Longines automatic wrist watch, 1953.

The watch has an automatic movement, calibre 22A, which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Longines name and the serial number 9,006,114 which dates it back to 1953.

The watch itself measures 34.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition with just light surface marking to the back. The inside of the case back has the Longines name and logo. The winding crown is also signed with the Longines name.

The signed dial has a small amount of marking but overall very acceptable for a piece from the early 1950s. Original hands, a sunken sub seconds dial and an inner minute track.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
