The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, Marquis grade, which is working nicely. The movement is signed and the serial number 20,586,189 dates it back to 1916. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch itself measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 10ct gold plated and it is in lovely condition. The front cover has a small lens surrounded by enamel filled Roman numerals.
The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, the lens is in good condition.
The dial is in good condition with blued steel hands, including the special half hunter hour hand, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
