Description

A rare and very attractive miniature French tortoishell mantel clock in the Louis XV style. The tortoiseshell case has applied gilt brass decoration, a paste diamond studded bezel and a white enamel dial. The movement is 8 day, with a replacement lever platform. It is numbererd 1022. c. 1860
