The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, Traveler grade,which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 14,620,497 dates it back to 1905. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is in lovely condition.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition. Original glass lenses were often replaced with acrylic when they broke as it is much more durable.

The signed white enamel dial is in very nice condition and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes with a silver gilt double albert, with each chain measuring 25.5cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
