Antique Vienna Wall Clock

Description

A superb, walnut and ebonised, medium sized vienna wall clock. The case of serpentine shape with integral top, fine turned finials to the centre top and base, the back featuring bookmatched diagonal figuring. The white porcelain dial 14 cms. dial with roman numerals to a heavy plate A shaped movement with reverse mounted striking mechanism operating directly off countwheel incorporated externally on the striking barrel. The size overall including finials approx. 86 x 31 x 16 cms. The movement backplate inscribed D.R.Patent 28173, and numbered 57697. 12 months guarantee - fully serviced.
