Description

A French made brass carriage clock dating to the late 19th Century. It has an embossed handle with matching scroll bracket feet,an oval top window and bevel glass sides. The ivorine coloured enamel dial has unusual red numerals and finely hand decorated floral swags. It has an 8 day movement with a lever platform. The clock backplate has the manufacturers logo for Couaillet family of Saint-Nicholas-d'Aliermont.

Current Condition

The case has been polished and lacquered so it will not tarnish, the movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months.
