Mahogany and Satinwood Mantel Clock (England and France, C. 1905)

Description

An attractive mahogany and satinwood inlay mantel clock dating to the Edwardian period. It has a break arch top, with a brass carrying handle, brass finials and side columns and ogee bracket feet. The case has satinwood chevron stringing and inlay. The two piece dial has an enamel chapter ring and fleur de lis hands. It has a French 8 day movement that srikes the hours and halves on a gong and is stamped with a 1900 gold medal logo.

Current Condition

The case is in excellent original condition, the movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. If you would like a video clip of this clock striking please email us.
