Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The white enamelled dial has black Roman numerals with fine cut hands. It is free of any cracks, chips or crazing. It has a gridiron pendulum.
The 8 day movement strikes on the half-hour and the hour. It has just been fully overhauled by our BHI registered staff.
The mahogany case is nicely polished with a deep, rich patina.
