The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The watch has a key-winding movement which is working well. The watch was made by the Lancashire watch company for H Samuel.
A winding key is included.

The watch measures 52.5mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs for Chester 1899 with a maker’s mark TPH ( Thomas Peter Hewitt )The Lancashire Watch Co. The case has some rubbing to the engine turned detail on the back and the odd small "ding" to the edges but overall it is in nice condition for a piece of this age..

The glass lens is in nice condition.
The white dial is signed The Climax Trip Action Patent in an arch with the H Samuel, Manchester name underneath. The dial has a couple of faint surface marks between 9 &11 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.
The watch has its original gold hands and blued steel sub second hand.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
Price includes worldwide postage.
