The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a 40.6L.T2.15P stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Omega and the serial number dates it back to the early part of the 1920s.

The watch itself measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and it is in good condition, just one small “ding” to the back, nothing serious at all. The inside of the case back has the early Omega logo.

The watch glass has a 1mm scratch but overall is in good condition.
The signed dial is in lovely condition, handsome Moon hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track with red Arabic numbers.
The watch comes with a single albert which measures 30cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
