The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1870s.
The movement is signed, George Andrews London‘ and it also has a serial number 5498 which is repeated inside the case which confirms that the movement and case are original to each other.

The movement has its original dust cover
The watch measures 50.2mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The full hunter case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs for London 1879 with the maker’s marks for Philip Woodman & Sons London. The case is in good condition with just mild bruising which is as expected with a watch of its age. The button on the top of the stem pushes to open the cover

The watch glass is in lovely condition.
The dial is in nice condition.
The watch has gold hour and minute hands and a blued steel sub second hand.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
