The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, Seaside grade, which is working nicely. The movement is signed and the serial number of 10699992 dates it back to 1901. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch itself measures 34.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
There is a minor indentation to the back of the watch but overall it is in lovely condition with ornate detailing all around the case.

The watch glass is in good condition.
The signed dial is in very nice condition with Roman numerals, blued steel hands, and an outer minute track with small Arabic numbers.
The watch comes with an albertina which measures 23.5cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch comes in a vintage presentation box which came to us with the watch. The box is a little bit tatty but still nice to have.
