The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The watch has a hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch itself measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1958, together with a maker’s mark for Aaron Dennison of the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific watch case maker. There is a faint inscription to the back of the watch from British Rail Eastern Region.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
