The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, 40.6L.T2.15P, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number of 7,694,737 dates it back to the early 1930s. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover. There are a few short scratches to this inner cover, and a little unevenness.
The watch itself measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and it has the early Omega logo to the inside of the back cover.
The acrylic lens is in good condition.
The signed white enamel dial looks good to the naked eye, with stylish Art Deco influenced numbers, blued steel hands and a subsidiary seconds and outer minute track. If you look closely, there are a few short faint hairlines around towards the edge of the dial.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
