Description

A 1920s Waltham full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a grade 610 stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed and the serial number of 24,039,462 dates it back to 1921. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch itself measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and there are a few fairly shallow small indentations. The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover.

Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition. The original glass lenses were often replaced with acrylic as it is much more durable and looks just like glass.

The white enamel dial is in very nice condition. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
