1920s Pinnacle Pocket Watch and Chain, Kingwood

Description

A 1920s Pinnacle stem winding pocket watch with chain.

The watch has a jewelled and signed stem-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and it is in good condition. The back of the watch has a lovely engraving… Presented to T H Hewitt, by the postmaster & staff of the Kingwood Post Office.

The watch lens is glass and is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Pinnacle with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The watch has its original blued steel Breguet style hands.

The watch comes with a graduated chain nickel which measures 26cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. There is also a shorter chain upon which hangs a fob (unengraved).

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
