Description

Robert MANLEY of London: a late 18th century carved and gilded wooden CARTEL WALL CLOCK in full working order.

The lovely case is typically rococo in style, carved and gilded with eagle surmount whilst the 8-day anchor movement is fusee driven with mock pendulum and a fine engraved and silvered dial. Original blued steel ornate hands and engraved and silvered shaped cartouche signed by the maker. 27ins high;17ins wide; 6ins deep. (69x43x15 cms).
