The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a jewelled stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover, it has some marking and a little unevenness.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop.
The engine turned detail on the hinged case back is still nice and crisp. There is marking inside the case back.
The acrylic lens is in nice condition.
The white enamel dial is in good condition (there is a little nibbling to the edge but this is covered by the bezel. Original blued steel hands.
The watch comes with an antique rose gold plated double watch chain. Each of the chains measure 31cm long including the clasp and the T-bar. There are also shorter chains which have tassels.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
