Mahogany Fusee Dial Clock (England, C. 1890)

Description

A good quality late 19th mahogany cased fusee dial clock. It has a slim outer rim, with a cast brass bezel and silvered chapter ring. The 12" diameter dial has shaped hands and is signed by the makers Camerer Cuss & Co of New Oxford Street, London. It has an 8 day fusee movement with a chain drive. The case is of traditional pegged construction with side and bottom inspection doors.

Current Condition

The case has been revived, the dial is in original condition. The movement has been fully serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months.
