Antique 1901 Waltham Riverside Pocket Watch.

Description

Antique 1901 Waltham Riverside pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed A.W.W.Co, Waltham, Mass, Riverside, 17 jewels adjusted and it has the serial number 10505254 which dates it back to 1901. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has Birmingham hallmarks for 1901 with the case makers mark for Alfred Bedford, manager of Waltham, London. The case has light rubbing to the engine turned detail on the back but overall it is in nice condition.

The watch glass is in nice condition.

The enamel dial is signed Waltham and has a faint hairline crack under the sub seconds dial and a faint surface scratch at 3 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

Price includes worldwide postage.
