The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, grade 610, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 14616119 dates it back to 1905.
The watch itself measures 53mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and was made by the Illinois Watch Case Co. The front if the case unscrews and the movement hinges out . The case is in nice condition with only a small "ding" to the outer edge at 4 o'clock.

The lens has the odd small nibble under the outer edge but overall it is in nice condition.
The outer minute track with the red numbers is a handsome feature.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
