Antique 1903 Elgin Full Hunter Pocket Watch.

Description

Antique 1903 Elgin full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed and the serial number 12788772 which dates it back to 1903. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch itself measures 47mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and it is in good condition with just light wear to the edges, nothing serious at all. The engine turned detail to both the front and the back of the case is still nice and crisp.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is a glass lens which has a couple of small scratches but overall it is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial is signed Elgin. the dial has three faint hairline cracks if viewed through a magnifying loupe, but overall it is in nice condition for a 1900s piece.

The watch has blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

Price includes worldwide postage.
