The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a nice quality 15 jewel Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50.4mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was originally guaranteed to wear for 10 years.

The front cover has Roman numerals around a small plastic lens. The numerals are filled with dark blue enamel. The winding crown pushes down to open the front cover. It reveals a white enamel dial with a plastic lens which is in good condition. The dial is in nice condition. Blued steel hands designed so that the time can be read when the front cover is closed … with conventional hands, it would be impossible to tell which hand was which through the small lens.
The watch will come in a new presentation box.
