Description

A solid mahogany mantel clock, dating the the late 19th Century. The case has a pagoda top, with boxwood chequered stringing and a central stylised Art Nouveau inlaid panel linon mask handles and brass ogee bracket feet. It has a a high quality embossed brass bezel and enamel two piece dial with an engine turned gilt centre. The French 8 day movement has a lever platform.

Current Condition

The case is in good original condition, the movement has been fully serviced and benefits from a replacement lever platform.
