The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a calibre 283 hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch itself is a good size at 36mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in very nice condition for a 1940s piece with just minor surface marking. The winding crown is a later non-Omega replacement.

The inside of the case back has the Omega triangular stamp, together with the case reference 2504-5 which is correct for the calibre 283 movement.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial has a little marking and some discolouration but very acceptable. Feuille shaped hands, centre seconds hand and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
