Description

An early 19th century Empire period Sienna marble and bronze mounted mantel clock, Paris, France, circa 1815, the case in well-chosen marmo giallo antico with leaf cast patinated bronze mounts, the circular enamel dial inscribed with the retailer/jeweller 'Wojatscheck a Paris', eight day twin train striking movement, below a patinated bronze bust mount of Zeus, in good untouched condition with overhauled movement in working order.
