A Vintage 1920s Buren Grand Prix Pocket Watch

Description

A vintage 1920s Buren Grand Prix pocket watch.

The watch has a high grade stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement is stamped Buren Grand Prix, 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 50.4 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is 14ct gold filled and is the Sun model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marks from use and a small "ding" to the back but overall it is in nice condition.

The glass lens is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial has light marking to the numerals although hardly noticeable to the naked eye.

The watch has blued steel hands.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.

Price includes worldwide postage.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
