A Gents 1930s Art Deco Wrist Watch

1920 - 1940
Description

A gents 1930s Art Deco wrist watch.

The watch has a good quality hand-winding movement, 15 jewels, three adjustments, which is working nicely.

The watch itself measures 25mm wide excluding the winding crown and 30mm high excluding the lugs. The case is chrome plated with pale gold highlights. It is in good condition with just a little marking to the back.

The curved lens is in good condition.

The dial has plenty of Art Deco style with handsome stylised numbers. There is a subsidiary seconds dial, blued steel hands and an outer minute track.

A new brown leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
