An Antique Full Hunter Pocket Watch

1900 - 1920
Description

An antique full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel stem-winding movement, with two adjustments, which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner cover.

The watch itself measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the crown. The case is gold plated and was made by the case maker Aaron Dennison. It is in good condition.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is a glass lens which is in very nice condition. The white enamel dial looks good to the naked eye… if viewed a little more closely, there is a short faint hairline between 4 and 5. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
