Edwardian Balloon Mantel Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A lovely, balloon shaped mantel clock striking on the half-hour and the hour.

The 8 day movement has just been fully serviced by our BHI registered staff.

A white enamelled dial with black Arabic numerals and nicely cut hands. It is totally free of any chips, cracks or crazing.

A cast brass bezel and bevelled glass.

The mahogany case is nicely polished and is inlaid with box stringing and a Sheraton style cartouche. It stands on four brass bun feet.

A very nice clock, complete with key, that is ready to give years of service.
