The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement is signed A.W.W.Co, Waltham, Mass and it has the serial number 15840237 which dates it back to 1907. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 51.2mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold filled and was originally guaranteed to wear 20 years so it is a good quality case. The case was made by the Illinois Watch Case Co. The case is in nice condition with only light surface marks from use.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside is a glass lens which is in good condition. The dial is signed A.W.W.Co, Waltham, Mass. The dial is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.
The watch has blued steel hands.
