A Gents 9 Carat Gold Visible Wrist Watch, 1950

Description

A gents 9 carat gold Visible wrist watch.

The watch has a signed hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch itself measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the rather stylish lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London 1950. The case is of unusual design and it is in good condition, just a 4mm scratch to the case back. The back is a screw-on fitting with a milled edge so a nice sign of quality.

The dial is in good condition.

The watch has been fitted with a later leather strap.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
