The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a Unitas 431 stem-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The watch has a galonne case which means it has an 800 silver case (in this case with Swiss hallmarks) and then a rose gold wash around the bezel and also around the hinged case back. The case has a few little small indentations to the back but overall the condition is very acceptable for a 1940s piece.

The acrylic lens is in good order.
The signed dial is in its original finish and it is in nice condition, and the outer minute track with 24 hour dial is a charming feature.
