A Vintage 1920s Cyma Gold Plated Pocket Watch, Chain & Swivel

A vintage 1920s Cyma gold plated pocket watch, chain & swivel.

The watch has a stem winding movement which is working well. The movement is stamped 15 jewels,3 adjustments, Swiss made and the Cyma calibre number Ref 999a.

The watch measures 50.7 mm diameter excluding the stem. The gold plated case is stamped Star, Dennison Watch Case Co Ltd. English make this case guaranteed to wear 10 years. The case has light surface marks from use and a couple of small "dings" to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece. The inner dust covers has light surface scratches from use.

The watch lens is plastic and is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial is signed with the retailers name The Abbey Lever, B & W Hammett, 160 - 362 Barking Rd, Plaistow Swiss made. The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch comes with a vintage watch chain and swivel. the chain measures 23cm long including the T bar & clasp. The chain is in nice condition with only light surface marks from use.
