1920s Swiss Full Hunter Pocket Watch

Description

1920s Swiss full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a jewelled Swiss stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 10 ct gold filled and is the Moon model made by the English watch case maker Aaron Dennison. The case was originally guaranteed to wear for 20 years. The case is in nice condition with only light surface marks from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece. The inner dust cover has slight rubbing from the back cover.

The watch lens is glass and is in nice condition.

The watch has an enamel dial. There is a very faint hairline crack between 10 o'clock and the centre although hardly noticeable but overall it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

Price include worldwide postage.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
