Very Rare Ww2 Raf Issue Ebel Pilots Watch Dated 1942

Description

For sale is this very rare WW2 RAF issue Ebel pilots watch dated 1942. This fine issued watch is one of the rarest variant RAF issued pilots watches to be found. Fully signed original and unrestored dial and deep blued hand set including sweep seconds hand. Fully signed Ebel 101 version high grade movement that is in fine working order keeping accurate time. The stainless steel snap back fully marked the RAF flying issue ref and then further designated to a back up watch ref 234 after the end of WW2. It has been stated in various publication that this version by Ebel along with the Movado version are the rarest versions to be found.
