Small Blue Chinoiserie C18th Style Bracket Clock (England, C. 1920)

1900 - 1920
Description

An 18th Century style bracket clock made in the George V period (1912-1937). It has an inverted bell top case with a brass carrying handle, an arched dial with a silvered chapter ring and a Tempus Fugit disc within the arch. The case is decorated in a royal blue ground with chinoiserie raised gilt and coloured decoration. It has an 8 day lever platform movement.

Current Condition

In excellent original condition, the movement has been fully serviced in our own workshop and is guaranteed for 12 months.
