1920s Thomas Russell Full Hunter Pocket Watch

Description

1920s Thomas Russell full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem winding movement which is working well. The movement is signed Thomas Russell & Son, Liverpool, 10 jewels, Swiss.

The watch measures 50.4mm diameter excluding the stem & crown. The gold plated case is stamped Illinois Watch Case Co, Elgin. U.S.A. and This case guaranteed to wear 10 years. The case has light surface marks from use but overall it is in nice condition.

The plastic watch lens is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Thomas Russell & Son, Liverpool with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial has faint surface scratch to the centre of the sub second dial although hardly noticeable but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has blued steel hands.

Price includes worldwide postage.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
