On offer for sale is this very fine and ultra rare WW1 Royal Flying Corps 8 day cockpit pocket watch by H W Williamson Ltd, circa 1917. Very fine original silvered dial with full markings and later RAF repair ref markings. Original deep blued hand set. Snap back case with complete set of issue marks. Very fine gilt movement in full working order. Diameter 52mm For an identical watch no 1760AC please refer to page 394 British Military Timepieces by Konrad Knirim
