Edwardian Mahogany and Brass Inlay Striking Bracket Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

An early 19th Century style mahogany bracket clock dating to the beginning of the 19th Century. It has a dome pagoda top with a central brass finial and brass corner finials. The front panel is inlaid with brass stringing and has corner columns with brass capitals., brass ball feet and side frets with red silk lining. It has a 5 inch diameter white convex enamel dial and a bevel edge convex glass. The 8 day French movement sounds the hours and halves on a gong, made by Vincenti and it is numbered 8847.

Current Condition

The case has been re-polished, the movement has been fully serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months. If you would like a video clip of this clock striking please email us.
