Description

An antique full hunter Waltham Traveler pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, signed American Waltham, USA, Traveler, which is working well. The movement has the serial number 12896343 which dates it back to 1903.

The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.6mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the star model made by the Dennison watch case company. The case has light surface marks from use and the odd small “ding” but overall it is in nice condition for a 1900s piece.

The plastic lens has has the odd minor mark but overall it is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original gold hands (the sub second hand is possibly later although antique).
