Vintage Swiss Open Face Pocket Watch

1900 - 1920
Description

A vintage pocket watch with a good quality Swiss movement with 15 jewels, 3 adjustments. The movement is working nicely and keeping good time to within around two to three minutes over 24 hours.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case has general surface marks from us but is acceptable for its age which is circa 1920s. The screw-on case back is a nice sign of quality.

The watch glass is in good order.

The white enamel dial is in good condition and it has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
