An Antique Omega Pocket Watch and Double Albert

An antique Omega pocket watch and double albert.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The nicely jewelled movement is signed Omega and it has the serial number 5133782 which dates it back to around 1916/1918.

The watch measures 50.4 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 800 silver with rose gold wash detail around the bezel and outer edge of the case back although some of the detail has worn off from handling and use over the years. The engine turned detail is in nice condition with only the odd minor "ding" to the back.

The glass lens is in good condition.

The white enamel dial is signed with the Omega name and logo. The dial has a faint hairline crack to the top edge between 11 & 12 o'clock although hardly noticeable to the naked eye.

The watch has decorative hands (the minute hand is later although vintage.)

The watch comes on a 1920s double albert chain.

Each side of the chain measures 21 cm.

The chain is in nice condition.
